  WE have been 4 times now great service and great food
  there was a problem with the visa machine and the owner let us charge it for a few days thanks for being in our city

  They catered my wedding and did an awful job. There was no organization and I spent a good amount of my wedding on the verge of tears because of them. Nothing was as I asked even though we met several times and exchanged dozens of emails: no water on the tables (even though I bought pitchers like they asked me to!), no organization amongst waitstaff who we were paying $30/hr -- they had to be prompted to serve food by my aunt during cocktail hour because they were just standing there with trays; during dinner they stood there when there were tables to be cleaned. I am still mortified that my family and friends had to work as waiters at my wedding and clear tables off. There was no coffee service even though I paid for it. To top it all off, they then refused to wash dishes unless we gave them a couple hundred dollars in cash! When it was explained to them that this was outside of anything we discussed, and clearing tables and washing dishes is what a caterer DOES, what we had ASKED, and what we had PAID for, they finally agreed. Overall, they made my wedding a stressful event and I will never go into Cafe Europa again. Over a month later, I am still upset when I think about what happened on my wedding day.
